Josh Hartnett hilariously returned to social media for a brief moment to promote his upcoming movie, Fight or Flight, in a new post.
What did Josh Hartnett’s return to social media look like?
In a recent Instagram post shared by the Fight or Flight and Vertical Entertainment’s channels, Hartnett can be seen making a video using his phone’s front-facing cameras. Barely visible, Hartnett’s video contains audio of a phone’s keyboard clicking while a caption on the screen reads, “Me promoting my film before ghosting social media for another 10 years.”
The hilarious video is a reference to Hartnett’s lack of presence on social media. While the actor doesn’t say anything in the video, fans were quick to laugh at the joke. Check it out below:

Fight or Flight is directed by James Madigan from a screenplay written by Brooks McLaren and D.J. Cotrona. This marks Madigan’s feature-length directorial debut after previously directing episodes of Marvel’s Runaways and Medal of Honor. The film is executive produced by Cotrona, McLaren, Melissa Bale, George Bennett, Alastair Burlingham, Danny Chan, Marc Danon, James Di Giacomo, Tara Finegan, Will Flynn, Diarmaid Odhran McGrath, Gary Raskin, Barbara Reardon, Justin Reardon, and Bryan Yaconelli.
