Lindsay Lohan will be making her way to TV, with THR reporting that Lohan is set to star in the upcoming Hulu drama Count My Lies.

What do we know about Count My Lies?

The series comes from 20th Television and Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger, the showrunners behind the hit drama series This Is Us. Count My Lies is based on a novel of the same name by Sophie Stava. Lohan is also attached to the project as an executive producer.

Count My Lies will follow a compulsive liar named Sloane Caraway who cons her way into a job as a nanny for a high-profile couple. “It seems she’s finally landed her dream job,” the show’s logline reads. “But little does Sloane know, she’s just entered a household brimming with secrets that are about to explode — with potentially catastrophic consequences for all.”

THR’s report notes that Lohan will play the role of Violet Lockhart. For the actress, it’ll also mark a big milestone, as it will be her first lead role in a TV or streaming series. Although she’s appeared in a number of television projects, Lohan has never been one of the main stars of a project on television.
