Michelle Williams and her husband, director Thomas Kail, have welcomed their third child into the world, with Williams celebrating the arrival of her fourth child overall.
When was Michelle Williams’ baby born?
According to confirmation from People, Williams and Kail celebrated the birth of their child via surrogate about six weeks ago. The report notes that the pair “couldn’t be happier” to see their family grow, and that Matilda, her daughter from her relationship with the late Heath Ledger, has been “doting on her younger siblings.”
Prior to the arrival of their third child, Williams and Kail already shared two children, their son Hart, 4, and a baby born in 2022. The pair got together in 2019, after Williams and musician Phil Elverum divorced the year prior. Williams and Kail had worked together on the television series Fosse/Verdon, and subsequently got married in March 2020.
Williams can currently be seen on Hulu’s comedy drama miniseries Dying for Sex. She stars opposite Jenny Slate in the series, which also features a litany of high-profile recurring guests. In the world of movies, Williams’ last role came in the critically acclaimed 2022 coming-of-age drama The Fabelmans, from Steven Spielberg. Williams was nominated for an Oscar for her role as Mitzi Fabelman.
