Paramount is cancelling a spin-off series of a popular television show after just one season, leaving fans questioning what might come in the future.

What Paramount+ show got canceled?

NCIS: Tony & Ziva has been canceled after just one season on Paramount+. The series acted as a spin-off of the extremely popular NCIS series, and focused on former NCIS Special Agents Anthony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) and Ziva David (Cote de Pablo), who join forces with a mysterious tech program to try and solve the crime of another group stealing money from Interpol.

Alongside Weatherly and de Pablo, NCIS: Tony & Ziva starred Isla Gie, Amita Suman, Lara Rossi, Maximilian Osinski, Anne-Marie Waldeck, Julian Ovenden, James D’Arcy, Nassima Benchicou, Terence Maynard, Emmanuel Bonami, and Sean Pertwee. The series originally premiered on September 4, 2025, and ran through October 2025, with 10 episodes in total releasing.

In a statement on the show’s cancelling (via Variety), Weatherly and de Pablo thanked fans, the cast, crew, and those behind the show for getting the chance to return to the characters.

“We feel incredibly lucky to have had the chance to play these characters once again and to tell the next chapter of Tony and Ziva’s story,” Weatherly and de Pablo said in a joint statement. “Our deepest thanks go to our extraordinary cast, crew, writers, directors, and producers, and to our partners at CBS Studios and Paramount+ who helped make this dream a reality. But most of all, we want to thank the fans around the world who joined us on this adventure and finally got to see Tony and Ziva find their happily ever after.”
