This week‘s Hulu releases include Season 18 of a side-splitting adult comedy, along with other exciting titles.
Hulu premieres It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia on August 17, 2026. Frank starts second-guessing his upcoming nuptials to Samantha. Meanwhile, Dee plots to drive her away with dramatic testimonials from the Waitress, Artemis, and Gail the Snail.
The upcoming season brings back the core gang that’s defined the satirical sitcom from the start. Charlie Day returns as Charlie Kelly, Rob McElhenney as Mac, Glenn Howerton as Dennis Reynolds, Kaitlin Olson as Deandra “Dee” Reynolds, and Danny DeVito as Frank Reynolds. Joining them is Carol Kane as Samantha, Frank’s love interest and poultry heiress, set to stir things up in the group dynamic.
Another can’t-miss release on Hulu this week is Greedy People. Directed by Potsy Ponciroli, the 2024 dark comedy crime film arrives on August 19. The plot centers on a rookie cop and his unpredictable partner in a small island town who stumble upon a dead body and $1 million in cash, sparking a spiral of self-serving choices that throw the whole community into chaos.
Also landing on Hulu on August 22 is 9/11: Reunited. The documentary series centers on emotional 25th-anniversary reunions. Survivors, witnesses, and first responders meet the strangers who helped save their lives on September 11, 2001. A full episode-by-episode breakdown hasn’t been released yet ahead of broadcast.
